Corporate administrative liability

The Firm defends legal entities who are subject to proceedings pursuant to the Legislative decree n. 231/2001, also advising them in the drafting and review of compliance programs.

The Legislative Decree 231/2001 introduced into the Italian legal system an administrative liability regime applicable to corporations and other legal entities. This is a form of direct liability applicable to entities for some specific offences committed in their interest, or for their benefit by an individual acting on their behalf (representatives or persons under their control).
