Davide Amato

Davide Amato has several years’ experience in the areas of White Collar and Corporate Crime, having also worked as in-house counsel in an important multinational company which operates in the energy sector.

In 2010 he graduated with full marks from Università di Genova, where he obtained in 2012 a Postgraduate Specialization Diploma for Legal Professions.

In 2016 he obtained a Ph.D. in Criminal Law from Università Cattolica di Milano, and he has been a Post-Doc researcher since 2017.

He authored many publications in the area of Criminal Law.

He is a member of the Alta Scuola “Federico Stella” sulla Giustizia Penale, Università Cattolica di Milano.

He is a member of the International Bar Association.

He is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
